I absolutely honey a good cookie recipe. That being said, I have a few favorites in my recipe drove that are my go-to cookies whenever I want something sweet or need a special treat for an event.

They're made with pie crust, peanut butter, caramel candies, apples…need I keep? Everything that you love in a fall dessert is all wrapped up into a delicious petty cookie! Oh, and if y'all haven't yet tried these amazing chocolate chip cookies, I suggest you do so. They're also filled with yummy flavor.

These cookies honestly look like picayune mini apple pies and they're and then decorative! Y'all tin can definitely have these to whatever homecoming or family go-together and garner a bit of praise. They're succulent and the perfect complement to whatever repast – or but have them on hand for a quick snack. Maybe put a lilliputian homemade vanilla ice cream on top? All the same you consume them, you're going to love how easy they are to make.

My family just can't get enough of them and I actually don't mind making them since they take and then little time. Oh, and my kids dear them as much as they do these Oreo cheesecake bites.

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 190 degrees C (375 F).
2. To make your cookie filling, melt caramel candies with cream and butter over medium heat for two-3 minutes whisking all the way through.
